Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is Chance Hampers ("we", "us"), contactable at hello@chancehampers.co.uk. Our correspondence address is available on request by email.

2. Who can enter

2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 It is not open to anyone in our household or immediate family, or anyone professionally connected with running the giveaway.

2.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age and UK residency before sending the prize.

3. Dates

3.1 The giveaway opens at 09:00 (UK time) on 4 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30 November 2026.

3.2 Entries, comments, confirmations and referrals made after the closing time will not count.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. You can use either or both. Entries from both routes go into the same draw.

Route A: Social media

4.1 Comment on our pinned giveaway post on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. Your first comment on each platform's giveaway post gives you 1 entry, up to 3 entries across the three platforms.

4.2 Bonus entries (Instagram and TikTok only): you receive 1 extra entry for each further comment on the same giveaway post that mentions a different friend (for example @friendname), up to 5 bonus entries per platform. A comment is worth 1 bonus entry however many friends it mentions, and everyone named in it counts as used, so the same friend cannot be named again for a further entry. Bonus entries for mentioning friends are not available on Facebook, where you can receive 1 entry for commenting. The maximum through Route A is 6 entries on Instagram, 6 on TikTok and 1 on Facebook, 13 in total.

4.3 Mentioning friends is optional and is never required on any platform. On Facebook, mentions do not count towards entries. A single comment is a valid entry. Mentions of your own account, of Chance Hampers or of other brand accounts, and repeat mentions of the same person, do not count.

4.4 Only comments on the pinned giveaway post count. Comments on other posts, stories, reels or messages do not. Your account must be public at the closing time so we can check your entry.

4.5 Following, liking or sharing our accounts or posts is welcome but is not required to enter and does not give extra entries.

Route B: Our website

4.6 Enter through the giveaway form on chancehampers.co.uk (the pop-up or the giveaway page). Enter your first name and email address, confirm you are 18 or over and live in the UK, and accept these terms.

4.7 We will email you a confirmation link. Your entry only counts once you click that link before the closing time. Each person can enter once through Route B, which gives you 1 entry.

4.8 Once your entry is confirmed, you will receive a personal share link. You receive 10 bonus entries for each person who enters using your share link and confirms their entry before the closing time, provided they are eligible under section 2 and have not entered through Route B before.

4.9 Referral bonus entries are capped at 20 referrals per person (200 bonus entries). The maximum through Route B is 201 entries. No bonus entries are given for referring yourself, for entries that are never confirmed, or for entries that are disqualified.

Both routes

4.10 Signing up to our newsletter is optional and is not a condition of entry. It does not affect your chance of winning.

4.11 No purchase is necessary. Buying from Chance Hampers does not give you extra entries or increase your chance of winning.

5. Fair play

5.1 We may disqualify entries, and remove any bonus entries linked to them, where we reasonably believe they were made using false details, fake or duplicate accounts, disposable or multiple email addresses, automated means, or otherwise not in the spirit of the giveaway.

5.2 We will check entries, comments and referrals before the draw. Our decision on disqualification is final.

6. The prize

6.1 There is one prize: one Reset Box, retail price £89.99. It contains: Reset Candle, Reset Bath Salts, Tregothnan Tea, The Chocolatier Salted Caramel Bar, FYG Cedar & Jasmine Hand Cream, Maskology Hydrating Sheet Mask, Satin Sleep Mask, CH Notebook and Stoneware Mug. All are presented in our gift box packaging.

6.2 There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6.3 If an item becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Refund for winners who have already ordered

7.1 If the winner bought a Reset Box from chancehampers.co.uk between the opening and closing times, we will refund the price paid for one Reset Box plus the delivery charge on that order. The winner keeps the box they bought and also receives the prize.

7.2 The winner must show the order was theirs (for example, the order number and the email address used). The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the winner claiming the prize.

8. How the winner is chosen

8.1 One winner will be drawn on 1 December 2026 from all valid entries across both routes. The draw is random and weighted by the number of entries each entrant holds, made by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. We keep a record of the draw.

8.2 The draw is final.

9. How the winner is contacted

9.1 The winner will be announced on 1 December 2026 on our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts, by social username (Route A) or first name (Route B).

9.2 A Route A winner will be contacted by direct message from our official account on the platform where they won. A Route B winner will be contacted by email from hello@chancehampers.co.uk.

9.3 We will never ask you to pay anything, share bank details or click an outside link to claim the prize. Please ignore any other account or message claiming to be us.

9.4 The winner must reply with a UK delivery address within 14 days of being contacted. If they do not, they forfeit the prize and we will draw another winner in the same way.

10. Delivery

The prize will be sent free of charge to a UK address within 30 days of the winner confirming their details, alongside our early December dispatch.

11. Publicity and winner details

11.1 From 1 December 2026 for one month, anyone can request the winner's first name and county by emailing hello@chancehampers.co.uk. A county is given only once the winner has claimed the prize and told us where it is going.

11.2 The winner can object to their details being published or shared by telling us when they claim the prize. We will not use the winner's name or image in our marketing without their separate agreement.

12. Your data

12.1 We use the details you give us, and the public username and comments on your Route A entries, only to run the giveaway: to confirm and check entries, track referrals, send Route B entrants their share link and entry updates, run the draw, and contact the winner.

12.2 We only send you marketing emails if you separately ticked the newsletter box. You can unsubscribe at any time, and doing so does not affect your entry.

12.3 If you did not sign up to the newsletter, we delete your giveaway details within three months of the closing date, except where we need to keep them to deal with a query or complaint.

13. The platforms

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility connected with the giveaway. Questions should be sent to us, not to the platforms.

14. General

14.1 We may change or cancel the giveaway only where circumstances outside our control make it necessary, and we will post any change on our accounts and this page.

14.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14.3 By entering, you agree to these terms.

14.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
