Welcome to Chance Hampers. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We do our best to ensure all products and images are represented accurately. Contents may occasionally vary based on availability and will always be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, not that a contract exists. A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Preorders

Preorder items are dispatched ahead of Christmas. We will confirm your exact dispatch date by email once it is set, and email you again when your order ships. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Because our hampers contain food, cosmetics and hygiene products, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched or opened, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before dispatch for a full refund. Just email hello@chancehampers.co.uk.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, we ask that you provide clear photographs of the affected item, the inner packaging, and the outer shipping box.

We review every claim individually and reserve the right to request the return of the item before issuing a replacement or refund. We also reserve the right to decline claims where the reported damage is not consistent with transit handling, or where sufficient evidence cannot be provided.

All orders are dispatched using a tracked, signed-for service, and proof of delivery is retained for every order.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Age Restriction

Some products are intended for adult use. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or over.

Liability

Our products are intended for personal use. Please read all product labels, ingredients and safety information before use. We are not liable for the misuse of products.
